WHAT I TEACH:
When I was 14 years old, I had a 14 vertebrae spinal fusion, and a very dangerous staph infection that almost resulted in sepsis. I had been an athlete my entire life, and my doctors weren’t necessarily sure I’d ever perform as an athlete, or simply exist as I previously had, ever again. My purpose in life is to help others move through their conditions, mental and physical obstructions, and pain to improve their lives for the long term. I’m so grateful for the struggles I’ve faced because I know there is so much power in overthrowing resistance. The battles I faced as a child have manifested and pushed me into finding my true passions and strengths as an adult. For me, it was about recognizing that I was never “broken, wounded, or handicapped”. It was finding potential in what I used to perceive to be a physical weakness that ultimately brought me the eventual strength and confidence to help others achieve and fulfill their greatness.
Rabbit! I’m little but quick, cunning but sweet. Oh, and I have big, fuzzy, floppy ears.
