Block One:
- Lateral Lunges
- Low Row
- Dumbbell Jacks
- Toe Tap Crunches
- Frog Squats
Block Two:
- Lunge with Rotation
- Weighted Plyo Lunges
- Russian Twists
- Dumbbell Fly to Row
- Donkey Kicks
For this workout you’ll need a moderate pair of dumbbells, a sand bag or weighted object, and a whole lotta energy.
