The Build with Steven Ross

Steven brings the energy for this workout he calls, The Build. It’s comprised of two blocks with five rounds - each round you start from the beginning and add an extra exercise!


Block One:

  1. Lateral Lunges
  2. Low Row
  3. Dumbbell Jacks
  4. Toe Tap Crunches
  5. Frog Squats


Block Two:

  1. Lunge with Rotation
  2. Weighted Plyo Lunges
  3. Russian Twists
  4. Dumbbell Fly to Row
  5. Donkey Kicks


For this workout you’ll need a moderate pair of dumbbells, a sand bag or weighted object, and a whole lotta energy.
