Block 1: • Goblet Squats x 10 • Glute Bridges x 10 • Hip Circle Side Steps X 10 per side
Block 2: • Goblet Reverse Lunge x 10 • Romanian Deadlifts x 10 • Hip Circle Diagonal Side Steps x 10 per side
Block 3: • Body Saw x 5 • Standing Side Bends x 5 per side • Dumbbell Pull-throughs x 5 per side
Block 4: • Breakdancers x 5 per side • Side Plank Hip Dips x 10 per side • Flutter Kicks x 20
