WHAT I TEACH:
Yoga helped me find that what I was searching for was already (and always) a part of me - I teach to help others do the same.
A bear - they have a strong sense of community, are curious, strong, playful and love to eat!
INTERESTS BESIDES FITNESS:
My dog, traveling, reading, the beach, food and hanging out with my husband.
Something wonderful is going to happen today.
ONE BIG DREAM:
Host a yoga and meditation retreat.
I’ve traveled to over 30 countries.
Learn to trust your instincts / intuition and make fitness a daily non-negotiable.
