Trevis Hart

3 WORDS TO DESCRIBE MYSELF:

Confident. Driven. Magnetic.

FITNESS PHILOSOPHY:

My training style is rooted in transformation. I don’t just build bodies, I build confidence, discipline, and strength that carries into every area of your life. Whether you’re just starting out or pushing for that next level, I create a structured, results-driven program that challenges your limits and holds you accountable. With me, you don’t just train, you evolve.

PERSONAL MISSION STATEMENT:

My mission is to empower people to take control of their bodies, their mindset, and their future. Through discipline, education, and consistency, I help clients unlock the strongest version of themselves physically, mentally, and emotionally. I’m not here to just train you. I’m here to transform you.

INTERESTS BESIDES FITNESS:

Beyond fitness, I’m deeply invested in mindset, discipline, and personal growth. I study human behavior, lead with purpose, and bring the same energy to every session that I bring to life. Whether it’s helping someone level up mentally or navigate life with more confidence, I’m about real progress inside and out.

AS A KID, I WANTED TO BE:

A Los Angeles Laker.

FAVORITE MEAL:

Pasta.

GUILTY PLEASURE:

Guilty pleasure? Hands down, a hot, cheesy slice of pizza… or three. Look, I lift heavy so my cheat meals hit harder. Balance, right?

ACCOMPLISHMENT I’M REALLY PROUD OF:

One of my proudest accomplishments is turning my passion for fitness into a purpose-driven career helping people transform their bodies and mindset every day. Seeing clients gain confidence, crush goals, and realize their potential that’s the real win for me.

BIGGEST PET PEEVE:

My biggest pet peeve? Excuses. Not because life doesn’t get tough, but because growth never happens in your comfort zone. If you show up, I’ll meet you with everything I’ve got, but we don’t do excuses here.

SOMETHING MOST PEOPLE DON’T KNOW ABOUT ME:

One thing most people don’t know about me? I’m a deep thinker. Behind the muscles and hustle, I’m always analyzing, reflecting, and working on my mindset. Fitness is just one part of the full transformation.

I’M REALLY BAD AT:

Taking rest days. I know recovery is important, but when you love the grind, it’s hard to sit still. Still working on finding that balance.

IRRATIONAL FEAR:

That I’ll open the fridge and my leftovers are gone. I can handle pain in the gym, but not betrayal like that.

SKILL I WANT TO LEARN:

The skill I’d most like to learn is mastering the art of cooking clean, powerful meals that fuel both the body and mind. Because transformation doesn’t stop in the gym, it starts in the kitchen.

FAVORITE QUOTE:

“How can you fail if you don’t even try? The real failure is never starting.”

ONE BIG DREAM:

One big dream of mine is to build a legacy my daughters can be proud of, one built on discipline, purpose, and impact. I want them to see that success isn’t just about what you achieve, but who you uplift along the way.

LIFE ADVICE:

Show up for yourself every single day. Motivation fades, but discipline builds the life you want.
