My fitness philosophy is to help people not only live long, but to live STRONG; and to help people feel confident and powerful with a bell in their hand.

Baking, plant care, horror movies, beach days, playing sports, early childhood education, iced lattes, and Ryan Jabola.

A Disney princess, softball playing, dolphin training artist who ends homelessness and world hunger… still working on this.

Iced lattes.

Bench pressing 80% of my bodyweight.
BIGGEST PET PEEVE:
Itchy tags, over-baked goods, and when someone is on their phone while you’re talking to them.

Had Bell’s palsy for 3 months... aka half of my face was paralyzed.

Sitting still.

Seafood.

Roller skating.
