If Not a Trainer...
I’d likely be working in a performance or rehab environment. Something where I can still coach, solve problems and help people improve physically and mentally.
Personal Transformation
One personal transformation I’m most proud of is how I’ve evolved from just focusing on workouts to really understanding movement and coaching at a deeper level. Early on, I was more focused on intensity and performance, but over time I shifted toward prioritizing movement quality, mobility, and long-term progress. That change not only improved how I train myself, but also completely elevated how I coach, especially when working with clients coming from injuries or needing a more structured approach. It’s allowed me to get better results while keeping people healthier and more consistent.
Habit to Start Today
Prioritize movement quality over intensity. Slowing down and focusing on how you move, even in basic exercises. This will lead to better results, fewer injuries, and more long-term progress.
