What I Help Clients Achieve

I help clients achieve body recomposition through functional strength—building muscle, improving movement, and creating a strong, defined physique.

Coaching Style

Challenging but supportive, detail-focused, and motivating.

People who are ready to show up for themselves, take their nutrition seriously, and build a strong, defined body—from beginners to those rebuilding strength, improving pelvic floor function, or losing fat.

Training Philosophy

I believe in training with intention—building strength through proper movement, correcting imbalances, and helping clients understand their body so results are sustainable.

Specialties & Superpowers

I specialize in strength training and body recomposition, with a big focus on movement quality, pelvic floor health, and supporting pregnancy and postpartum. My superpower is helping people actually understand their body — like why something feels off, how to fix it, and how to train in a way that actually works long-term instead of just pushing through discomfort.

Training Vibe

Structured, efficient, and a little bit humbling in the best way — like you’re working hard, but everything has a reason behind it.

Favorite Muscle Group

Glutes and shoulders — they change everything. Strength, posture, overall shape… it all ties back to those.

Coaching Approach

A mix — I’ll push you when you need it, but I’m also going to meet you where you’re at and keep it real with you.

If Not a Trainer...

I would’ve loved to go back to school to become a naturopath. I’m really interested in how everything in the body connects — hormones, digestion, recovery — and how you can support it naturally instead of just masking symptoms. That said, I feel like I already get to do a version of that through personal training and my functional nutrition background, which is why I love what I do.

Fav Café Order

Probably The Nix — I’m obsessed with anything with coconut water.
