Training Philosophy

I train full body. Strength focus. Mobility and correctional exercise. My philosophy is getting the body stronger. Building strength is armor. I believe in fixing the weak spots in a person and then building strength on top of that. I also believe in correctional exercise and mobility as staples in my program.
