Competitive bodybuilding athlete (NPC Bikini division) since 2016 with 14+ competitions, demonstrating elite level discipline, consistency, and advanced physique development. Extensive experience in strength training, fat loss, and body recomposition, coaching clients from beginner to advanced levels with a strong focus on aesthetics and sustainable, long-term results.
