3 WORDS TO DESCRIBE MYSELF:
Curious. Passionate. Unapologetic.
FITNESS PHILOSOPHY:
Fitness should make your life bigger, not smaller. I train for strength, confidence, and capability—and I believe the best kind of movement is the kind you actually enjoy enough to keep doing. Training should challenge you, but it should also fit your body, your goals, and your life.
PERSONAL MISSION STATEMENT:
To keep growing into a life I love, and help others feel strong, capable, and confident enough to build one they love too.
INTERESTS BESIDES FITNESS:
Gardening, cooking, photography, fashion, and an unreasonable number of DIY projects. I love learning how to make things myself, especially if I can grow the ingredients first.
AS A KID, I WANTED TO BE:
A dentist, then a large-animal vet, then a psychologist. Clearly, I’ve always liked helping people…or animals.
FAVORITE MEAL:
Homemade Mac and Cheese.
GUILTY PLEASURE:
Buying house plants I don’t need.
ACCOMPLISHMENT I’M REALLY PROUD OF:
Getting my degrees in Psychology! Wanna talk about it?
BIGGEST PET PEEVE:
Being confidently wrong and refusing to check 😂
MOST PEOPLE DON’T KNOW THAT I:
Grow a lot of my own food in my rooftop garden
I’M REALLY BAD AT:
Having a casual interest. I tend to turn hobbies into full-blown projects.
IRRATIONAL FEAR:
Accidentally sending a text to the wrong person!
SKILL I WANT TO LEARN:
Playing some sort of string instrument!
FAVORITE QUOTE:
“And now that you don’t have to be perfect, you can be good.” — John Steinbeck
ONE BIG DREAM:
To publish my own garden-to-table cookbook and see it sitting on someone else’s kitchen counter.
LIFE ADVICE:
Try it. Worst case, you get a story out of it.
