MY WHY:
Exercise, to me, brings peace. When I exercise, I feel more peaceful and relaxed. I enjoy helping others find their peace through exercise as well. Plus cycling classes are so much fun!
INTERESTS BESIDES FITNESS:
Reading (thrillers, historical fiction, YA, and contemporary fiction), fostering kittens, cooking, trying new restaurants, playing and coaching soccer, and watching all the true crime documentaries.

Anyone who is passionate about helping others.

INTERESTING FACT:
I am missing 3 organs, as well as the entire right side of my abdominal muscle, which was replaced with GoreTex almost a decade ago. It affects my daily life, my posture, and my ability to do a lot of physical exercises, but I refuse to let it stop me or define me. I am an open book about it, so if you are curious to know more, you can always ask.
ONE BIG DREAM:
To become the Secretary of Education. But, more realistically, to get my Ed.D.
LIFE ADVICE:
If something is stressing you out and it is in your control, do something about it. If it is out of your control, don’t stress about it!
